Hello!

As today is Thursday??? I get to write about whatever strikes my fancy. Last week’s was about my artistry.

Yup.

Poking the Bear? Very fun. I truly love doing that.

It’s so much being mischievous. I don’t do this in large ways. It’s small ones.

Why?

My bigger objective is to get people to think. Sure. I may not agree with their conclusions.

BUT BUT BUT

I’d love to hear their thoughts.

And?

I also don’t have to agree.

Cuz see…

I was told that the funniest comedy? I treat myself like a punching bag with insults to be “self-deprecating.”

DUDES?!

Being humble and picking up where your abusers left off? Not even close.

After all?

Very fine line.

Why do we do that anyway?

Lets others feel better about themselves.

That’s dumb.

Reminds me of office politics. How? I never understood how I became such a target since I worked rather than gossiped. Cuz keeping your nose down and clean is the way to go. Right? Nope for those using gossip for currency. Why? You working hard makes them look bad.

So?

They often take the easier route of tearing me down rather than out perform me. Dudes!?! I’d rather they out perform me to push me to do better too,

Why yes…

I’m looking into my humor to find what makes me laugh. I’ll use that to craft my stand up along with my stories and my eventual songs.

I’m sooooooooooooooo excited about this journey. It started a little in Los Angeles when I took my standup classes. You’ve also seen parts of it here and there. More to follow soon.
