I think this may be my latest blog post ever.

BUT BUT BUT

I was overthinking how to announce this project…

So?

I’ll announce the overall project this week.

See… I did my first ever breathwork session to a digital recording from the Breathworker David Elliot. To say that I was hooked from that first experience???

Absolutely!

And I wanted to reach a place in my practice to be able to provide my own digital breathwork albums.

Yup.

I’ve already recorded the first two. I was beyond terrified doing the first cuz albums are forever…

EXCEPT

Screw it! We all start somewhere. I plan to release these albums with regularity. I’ll keep you posted.

As I work with silence in my practice, I hired an audio engineer to clean up my audio. His name Leonardo Gutierrez Perez. His company is Raiz 440. Totally speedy turn around time. Great job!! Reasonable rates. They’re also incredibly flexible. I’ll be using their services for more of my projects.

I’m using the punk work ethic: DIY

Cuz yes – I’ve decided that I’ll draw with my oil pastels for my album covers. Courier is my font since I’m also a screenwriter.

Here’s my other driving force behind these recordings…

I believe that breathwork and embodiment are fundamental for well being. Breathwork sessions and embodiment sessions can also be pricey. I also don’t want folks to miss out due to limited funds. So, I’m going to price these albums at super reasonable prices to give folks access. I’ll announce the initial platforms next week.
