My sister Heidi sent me that chili pepper necklace when I was living lightly in South Central Los Angeles during 2024. The Chili pepper photo for my website browser tab is her inspiration. I got that image in a Pho restuarant somewhere near Compton.

I’ve been in a long time dynamic where I finally became privy to the whole picture. Such a relief to better understand it. Still better? Walk away to let dust settle however it does if it does. Not up to me to shine a light on the custerfuck dynamic. Since really? We all learn at our own pace.
