Hello!

Here’s my most recent video: Video Yup. Two Moon Park looks like shit cuz the mild winter. And the photo for the post? A shrub in Downtown Billings. Not looking too great either.

I’m not just wanting to highlight the beautiful scenery around here…

I’m working with shot composition for my film projects. If you’ve watched any of my shorts??? You’ll know that I primarily focus on my actors instead of everything else.

So?

It’s time to work with everything else since I have six months before I go into production. Yes. This seems like a looooooooooooong way off. Nope. Why? I don’t have time to shoot daily right now. Yes. I’m working on changing this. And in case I don’t get to do that? I’ll still have six months of weekly shots. Still better than a poke in the eye.

Next week will begin my chapter of working with a whole host of locations including where I plan to shoot. That will help me a ton. After all… I used different parts of my old living to make it look like multiple locations in a variety of shorts. And now is the time to play instead of when everyone is on set. That’s self-indulgent shit that burns good will. I know from being on all sides of this set up. As it also burns through time, I also cut down on my options. I came across Standard Story Company on YouTube. He confirmed what I believe: Try things out in shorts first.

Since I no longer live in that house… I got a new living room to learn. The cool part about this living room? I can stage it like three different locations IF l learn how to cover it well. It’s also got plenty of room to move!!! Love it!!
