Hey all!!!!

We did it! We’re past the halfway mark for our 105 breathwork ritual. It happened in the first half of session 52 cuz 52.5 is half of 105. Today’s video

DUDES!!!!!

So very fun!!

Yes!! I’ve absolutely had days where I’ve been: Oh for the love of God!?! Why have you forsaken me!?! Bahaha! It honestly took every cell in my body to remain buckled down.

BUT BUT BUT????

I remained the course.

The outcome?

It’s giving me space to create and metabolize my Vita Coaching classes from Layla Martin. We’re at the stage of trying out different rituals to later teach to our clients. And it’s stirring up all sorts of emotions, memories, surfacing unconscious patterns/behaviors and thoughts. The breathwork has been giving me the room to let those slow walk through my system instead of remain stagnant. Love it!!

I’ll be talking about my creative projects soon. Very soon.

In the meantime…

It feels so incredible. I can’t wait until I complete this round. As I’ve mentioned, I’m planning to do this annually. I’ll be starting around mid-January. If you want to join, AWESOME!! I’ll give more notice next time.

Here’s also my next steps:

This 105 block ends on May 1, 2026. And I’ll start my next round of a 105 sex magic ritual on May 16, 2026. Its last day will be on August 28, 2026. I’ll be posting about that here. You’re welcome to join me. I’ll be setting up a process group in the way that I created for these breathwork sessions. And I’ll work with 21 day blocks again. It’ll be actualized slightly different than these breathwork blocks. I’ll still of the weekly check ins like I’m doing with the breathwork. I wanted to give you a head’s up in terms of ritual practices. And yes: I’m making the sex magic ritual an annual practice too since I got sooooooooooooo much out of it the first round.
