Hello all!

Today is January 21, 2026. It was two years ago TO THE DAY that I left my marriage. I talk about in my post about being a former Stepford Wife Yup. It’s been a tough time. And more stuff happened during that time than I can cover in a single blog post.

And I’m only six months out from my divorce being finalized. Yes. That took a long ass time. An interesting thing: The date it happened is the same date that I was hospitalized in Texas for my psychotic break in 2006. So? I’m using it for my date to publish a book of some kind starting this year.

This year anniversary is rougher than last year cuz I’m not shut down in the same way. In fact, I’m opening up myself more and more from all my embodiment work. It feels so incredible. I truly love it.

And I’m ready to move on with the rest of my life however that looks…

In the meantime?

I’m taking some big steps today that I’ll be sharing in weeks, months, and years cuz I’m going for mastery now instead of slopping through shit.
