Hello!

I’m a level three breathworker along with being an embodied Tantra student with Layla Martin. And I’ve also been a caregiver for 20+ years to a wide range of individuals. My own life is tumultous, glamorous, and an incredible learning adventure. I’ve long embraced: Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.

In the meantime????

I’m supporting a limited number of individuals in my one on one practice. My rate is $250 for a 90 minute session. If you want to book multiple sessions with me, we can talk about a discount on the overall package price.

I’ll also releasing Zoom classes in October 2026. More information to follow soon.

Here’s the thing:

If I stack a bunch a sessions to try to be everything to everyone? Total dumpster fire burn out and low quality sessions.

So?

I’m putting together “Fabulous Fridays” starting on May 15, 2026. Yes. I’m using this title for my embodied breathwork tools. These will be always be free.

I’m building out an embodied breathwork album collection starting in June 2026. More details to follow soon. Yes. I already have the first one rccorded.

And I’ll be putting together a newsletter.
