I got this on my sister Heidi’s birthday. It’s from that super cool shop in Big Timber with that cute cat. Country Cross Roads or something like that.

And there was just something magical about this butterfly made from screw parts and gold paint.

That part about being sturdy with flair? I’ve been working on that for the last while…

I’ve done 100 day conscious connected breathing practice

105 day sex magic ritual once

105 day top down mediation

105 day practice of conscious connected breathing

Several rituals and practices a few days long each while I work through my modules for Layla’s classes

I’m on day 103 for the second round of 105 sex magic ritual

And?

I’m going to do 105 day monologue practice starting September 12, 2026

I’ve also done at least one Toastmaster’s speech a month since 12/2025

Six Story Night presentations

At least seven stand up performances

Karaoke a few times

Singing lessons for about nine months

Developed probably close to 50 script beat sheets/outlines

Written multiple feature drafts

Completed three short films

Also can’t forget singing a capella at the Tap Inn

Next week is week nine of Producer Script School

We ended up doing the writing class in five weeks.

Consulted a lot. This will end 8/31. If you want some last minute script notes, let me know.

There’s more. You get the idea that seemed to kick me in the ass while processing all my contract paperwork: I forgot what I’ve accomplished cuz I was focused on what I hadn’t yet.

How does this relate to the butterfly? A delicate one wouldn’t have done my rep count. I’m also just getting warmed up.
