I did my 84th ritual today. .. Out of 105.

So?

I’ve got my final 21 day block left. I’m absolutely and postiively grateful for this practice cuz it’s kept me grounded in my body

WHILE!?!

I’ve been dealing with a ton of shit that wants me to remain in my head alone. Yes. The weather is nice there except it’s a load of shit. And my creativity flows a ton freer when those two are in tandem rather than war. Love it!

As I’ve had so much fun with the music, I’ll keep it for this next block.
