A cool part about completing a 105 embodied conscious connected breathwork ritual? It helped me “digest” a ton of stuff. Some of the stuff had served me. Other parts? Bullshit. And waking up to the combo????

I feel like a massive weight has been lifted. This is an awesome state of “illumination.”

I know that I’ve only just begun. It’s also set me up for far greater sucess when I begin my next 105 day container: Sex Magic Ritual starting on this Saturday the 10th.
