Happy Thursday!

I realized something super duper important: I explained an important aspect of my breathwork BUT NOT ALL.

See… I’ve also used breathwork to help with my filmmaking and writing.

How?

I’ve become more present through my breathwork.

WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH WRITING AND FILMMAKING?

I’ve been able to cut down on the weeds. Huh? My nature is to want to go deep into the nuances of well, EVERYTHING. I admit that my brain wants no rabbit hole left behind. Can anyone else relate?

AGAIN… COME BACK TO THE WRITING AND FILMMAKING… SEE!?! Rabbit holes.

It’s been a huge process of learning to sit with my stories in my breathwork sessions. What does this do? My mind has the space to hack away the nuances and weeds hampering the core of my stories. And I’m left with its heart at the end of my session or sessions depending on the story. Talk about a solid foundation to build upon. Love it! Love it! Love it! Why? Anything is possible after that.

Here’s my proposal:

A package of four breathwork sessions for $100 where we create a container together for you to work on your story. Please know that this isn’t about me giving you constructive feedback since that is a different animal. Nope. It’s simply about giving you tools and support for you to dig into your story. We can also record the sessions to let you rewatch them since I know how quickly sessions like these can go. And time can be lost with trying to write everything down.

You’re also welcome to get this package for us to even come up with a story if you’re stuck. Yup. Breathwork has helped me to push past writer’s block and other obstacles that my mind loves to throw in front of my creativity. It’s true that you’re not alone.
